Padra Carpet aims to provide a safe and satisfying experience for customers. Please note the following before placing an order:
Order Submission
Orders will be sent as soon as possible after confirmation and payment. If custom production is required, the delivery time will be announced according to the production process.
Exchange and Return
If there is any technical problem or defect in the product, the matter must be notified to support within 48 hours of delivery. Exchange or return is not possible for reasons of taste.
Payment Terms
Order submission will be made after payment is made.
